It is oriental style kabobs. It's been a family favorite dish. I serve this dish with white steamed rice or rice pilaf. You can use any kinds of vegetables or fruits-such as mango, pineapple... Also you can add cubes of chicken or steak or fish.... On 12" skewer, thread 3 shrimps and 3 bacon, 2"long & fold in half between vegetables.
